What is a trailblazer leadership style?
One of the three compassionate leadership styles in Buddhism is the trailblazer, one who leads from the front, takes risks, and sets an example. It also has an all-encompassing concern for the welfare of those they lead. It is the interdependency of people, planet and prosperity.

Finding our Why
We are a collective of creative C-level executives, passionate entrepreneurs and marketing & business development specialists.
The founder of our collective, Angelique Schouten, has pursued finding her “Why” from an early age onwards. She realised early on that she was an outlier. In her family, the village she was raised, at school, her first expat job in the south of Egypt, and at the companies she worked at. In her early thirties, she embraced the fact that she was an outlier and adopted her favorite quote “Life is not about fitting in. It is about standing out”.
